I was happy with the experience. I did not hire them to do the work, they took care of everything while I did some other work around the house. If I needed this service in the future I would go to them.

Perfectly. The tech was on time, responsive, and knowlegable about homes. His inspection report was thorough, and helped us negotiate the home buying process, while getting critical elements repaired.

Pinpoint was very professional about the whole matter. They were flexible in scheduling the different stages of the inspection. I was not charged for the work because the inspection was required by the gas company prior to installation of a gas line. I was happy with the service they performed.

WAS ABLE TO LOCATE PROBLEM AREA IN CLOGGED SEWER DRAIN ENABLEING ACCURATE SPOT REPAIRS THAT MINIMIZED AMOUNT OF YARD THAT HAD TO BE DUG UP.
