Nice, clean facility. Front desk was friendly. We were able to see the kennel my dog stayed in, and were able to set it up for her.

The facility was clean and pleasant. China was fine when we picked her up. I would have liked more detail on what China did during those days. When I asked, they just said and quot;everything was fineand quot;. But I don't know if she ate well, etc. I would have liked more information on her stay.
The online reservation indicated that a deposit was not needed unless the dates included a major holiday, which it did not, but I received a call saying that a deposit was necessary.

We think they do a good job with the animals. However I feel as though the front desk area needs to be a little more caring and get things right.

I was very comfortable leaving my cat and dog with them and plan to use them again in the near future. The paws and claws is a great way to board your cat and dog so they do not feel so lonely especially if they get a long with each other like mine do

Their prices are very good. It is easy to make appointments and pick up and drop off are easy too. You can book online. When you pick up your dog, they have a little picture of your dog in holiday background! They have lots of little features you can select, like 30 minute walks, doggy ice cream, food, etc. All their prices are great. They are also great at meeting each dog's individual needs. Price reflects per night and you can almost always find coupons for discounts online.

Great! We have lived in four different cities since we adopted our dogs over ten years ago and have tried a lot of different kennels. Pet City Resort is the only boarding facility that we have used where both our dogs are happy and content when we pick them up. As an added bonus, our two dogs smell wonderful when we pick them up and don't smell like they spent time at a kennel. It is obvious that they really care about the dogs.
