I attempt to schedule an appointment prior to Thanksgiving 2017 and none were available. When I called back yesterday to schedule an appointment I was told that the franchisee that handles my area will not accept the Angie's List coupon and that I must request a refund through Angie's List. There was no mention of this problem and it was not stated in the deal or on the coupon/voucher. Completely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. I'll do what I am able to do, but will not use this provider again, and I will share my experience with all my friends and neighbors.

The worker was prompt courteous & skilled. All of the stains came up They use only a small amt of moisture so the rugs were dry within 3 hours.

Arrived right on time; was very courteous; didn't rush; did a very thorough job, plus the carpet dries in less than an hour.  Spent extra time on the heavily soiled areas to make sure they looked good as new.  Would definitely use again!  Highly recommend.

What a great experience!  The company was very flexible in terms of varying from their offer of 5 rooms of carpeting plus hall--we had three rooms of carpeting, an area rug, and 14 stairs plus landing.  They did it all for the same extremely low price.  Some of our carpeting had spots that no other company had been able to remove but they are completely gone now--we have no idea how it was done and don't care.  We are just very appreciative.  Extreme care was taken with our wool area rug and potential problems were explained in detail.  Mr. Othman is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable.  We will no doubt look to him for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Mr. Othman arrived on time as quoted, very well presented, had a business agenda, and proceeded to do what he said he

would do. Work the whole time he was here. He was very nice and dressed very business like his  personality

 was extremely pleasing and he very inviting to all questions asked. A true asset to the business.

Our carpet cleaner's name was Wally.  He arrived on time, looked at the three rooms to be cleaned, got the necessary equipment together and started to clean the carpets.  The carpets look wonderful, are not soaking wet as we have experienced before and he said they should be dry in an hour or so.  We will definitely call them again.

Got there on time.  Charged $10 extra for hall which was OK. Condo has several pets and 2 children under 5.  Althout the quality was rated a good, it was about as much as could be expected.
