From the first contact with Noreda, we were impressed. She put us in touch with a mortgage loan officer, who took us through the pre-approval process. Then, while we were searching for a home, she was always accessible. She returned phone calls and e-mails very promptly. She was available anytime to tour homes. She helped us write up a contract and explained everything. During the whole process she was ready and willing to answer any questions or requests, right up to and including the closing. I would highly recommend Noreda Menke to anyone looking for a real estate agent.
