Terry Haynie (owner) personally performed our inspection. He was extremely thorough, helpful, professional and courteous. He took time to explain everything, seemed to really care about my house and made good recommendations. I learned "a lot."

Terry was very thorough, checking and reporting on parts of the home that I didn't expect. The final report was very detailed, broken down by room and was provided electronically immediately at the end of the inspection. He was a wealth of information and gave tips on expected lifetime and maintaining some of the appliances that came with the home. The joke within my family was that we hoped that Terry wasn't hired to inspect the home that we were selling. I recommended Terry to others and would definitely use this company again.

Inspector Haynie was prompt and very thorough. He spent over four hours inspecting the 1800 sq. ft. house and pole barn. He prepared his report on site and discussed it with me.
