They agreed to honor the contract after we got our lawyer involved. We ended up waiting about 10 weeks from the day of the original contract to delivery. The delivery drivers were GREAT. They were not happy about holding up their end of the contract but they did. I will never do business with this company again due to the fact they are dishonest and treat you like you are the one who is wrong. I fought for what was right and won. Imagine how many didn't and got screwed....
Description of Work: We went and purchased a bedroom suit. We put down the required amount to order. They wrote up an invoice with the prices for each piece and charged our credit card. Then the following day they called to say they messed up and we now owe an additional $2100 . We tried getting them to honor their contract they wrote up and already paid on. They said NO and we should of known when the sales man did the invoice it was wrong. We never knew. Then again how could we. I will never do business with this company again. If we broke the contract we would have consequences so why shouldn't they.
