McQueen gave us an estimate with choices. We made our selection and installation was scheduled shortly thereafter. We were only without heat for about 24 hours. Removal and installation went like clockwork. They arrived the same time each day and completed the work neatly and without incidence. Good job.

It is a small family-owned business. They care about getting the job done right. The last time I used them, I spent about $50. It was awesome because I thought it was going to be about $100. I rate them highly in all areas. I will use them again in the future.

August of 05 had large pool of water under my furnace; called Houser Air Co., got estimate for three levels of repair as worker said condenser was bad. Put off repair as it was late in cooling season. Called McQueen for second opinion, he showed condenser pressures were fine, found typical problem in drainage hose at furnace that was clogged and kinked. AC works fine with cleaning hose.

OUR A/C WENT OUT ON A SATURDAY EVENING (6/11). I CALLED ON MONDAY AM TO ABOUT 15 COMPANIES FROM ANGIE'S LIST. GARY MCQUEEN WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD GET TO MY HOUSE WITHIN A DAY. HE ARRIVED AS SCHEDULED AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HIS TRUCK IS UNMARKED, BUT HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I FELT HE WAS NOT TRYING TO OVERSELL. I HAVE SIGNED UP FOR A SUMMER/SPRING MAINTENANCE PACKAGE.

THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT, HE CONSIDERS THE CUSTOMER & WORKS TO LIMIT PRICE WHILE STILL DELIVERING QUALITY WORK. VERY CONSIDERATE. HAVE USED HIM FOR ABOUT 31 YEARS, BOTH WHILE HE WAS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY, & SINCE HE WENT INTO BUSINESS ON HIS OWN. I HAVE GREAT FAITH IN HIM BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
