It looks great but the customer service is poor. They received our deposit in May and didn't do the work until November. They said there were weather issues and they were behind schedule. I understand that but no one ever called to tell us anything. I finally told them In November that I wanted my money back and they scheduled for the next week. The workers were great and did a good job.

McKenzie Landscape installed a paver patio, fire pit, steps and a seating wall in our backyard.  They were always on time and did what they said they were going to do.  They were very patient with me, as I made a few changes during the project.  The price was very reasonable and the completed project turned out great!

Changes due to a new driveway caused our front paver patio to not align properly with the driveway. It was a safety hazard and drainage problem. Brandt McKenzie (company owner) was very easy to work with. He throughly explained options to solving the problem and a detailed bid for the options. Once the work began Brandt kept us informed daily as the work progressed. The job site was kept neat and clean through out the project. He inquired as our satisfaction with each phase of the project as it was completed. He was very interested in satisfying us as customers. He made no assumptions, if there were a doubt as to how we might want something, he always asked.
