It was very good. I was very pleased with them. They were very detailed and they fixed anything i called them back for. They did some extra stuff for me like taking old cabinets away which i had not paid for. Their price is average. The quality was excellent.

We had a lot of choices we thought and we were very satisfied with all the people that worked in our home.  They also cleaned up after themselves.

They arrive on time were cordial and explained how the job would be done. I id not care for the long list of sub-contracting that would be going on.

Some of the couple of things are not finished yet. They did the installation and cleaned up. They did pretty well.

They worked fast and they did good work.  They didn't bang anything up or make a mess in the process.  They were very neat about their work.

I was very satisfied with their work. They were very professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

Lowes used a contractor that did not install the vinyl fence according to manufacturer specifications - too few post sleeves had lumber posts inside them. Some posts began to lift due to frost. The contractor came back and re-installed the problem posts. All of the brackets holding the vinyl panels to the posts were made of flimsy plastic. Beginning 2 years after installation, plastic brackets began to break. Currently, roughly one-third of all the brackets have broken. Contacted Lowes and was told the fence is out of warranty (1 year). They were unwilling to do ANYTHING for me. Contacted the manufacturer, Barrette Outdoor Living, and explained my problem. Manufacturer sent me metal brackets to replace plastic ones. Replacing plastic brackets with metal ones is a major undertaking. One contractor quoted me $2000. All-in-all, Lowes did NOT meet my expectations in any way. Am considering taking them to small claims court. I will submit a report for the manufacturer as well.

I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PROVIDE. I HAVE USED THEM FOR EIGHT OR MORE YEARS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PUT INTO THEIR JOB.
