When the plastic nut on one water supply line broke, we had a serious flood on our hands. That line is under pressure. Although we got the water turned off ourselves, Jeff came quickly. He brought his associate, David, with him. Both men are friendly, very professional, and Jeff had thought to bring extra parts as he'd diagnosed the problem over the phone and figured that we were likely to have the same potential problem with our other toilet. Indeed, that also had a plastic part, which they went ahead and replaced with a metal one. Since this kind of flood--caused by plastic nuts--is relatively common and happens randomly, it can cause major damage. Even though we were home, we still have to have our carpet pulled up due to the potential for mold and mildew.
Jeff formerly worked for Laming and Rogers, until the owner of that family-owned plumbing business decided to retire about a year and a half ago. Jeff then opened Lipscomb Plumbing. We'd had him numerous times through Laming and Rogers, and were relieved to find him! He does great work and is to be trusted.

Brought another worker with him and diagnosed the problem.
