KINDNESS REMODELING

He worked on the hall area first by replacing drywall where I removed some old paneling.  He then completed the first day of work by replacing drywall in the bathroom.  The next two days were spent removing wallpaper in the bathroom and then replastering both areas.  Remaining days were spent priming and repainting the rooms and doors.  Dave is a very conscientious worker with a very pleasant attitude who arrives on time, puts in a full day's work, cleans up after he is finished each day and does excellent work.  I have hired him in the past and would not hesitate to hire him in the future.

Contractor was courteous and responsive. He did a good job on all the work, and accomplished exactly what he said he would for about $60 less than the estimate. We provided the paint for the walls, he provided all other materials and paint for the ceiling/drywall repair. There were several small things that we had him do, including drywall, touching up gouges in the wall and staircase, painting, adjusting our screen door, and installing an electrical outlet (he brought in an electrician for that). Because the screen door is flimsy and not great quality, he couldn't get it adjusted perfectly, but was up front about that, offered to improve the door (which we decided against), and reduced that overall charge on our bill. We are very satisfied with this contractor.

We had a foundation leak problem in the basement. After the leak was fixed, the contractor recommended David Kindness, a handyman to put up the drywall. We called him and he did an excellent job in our home. He is very friendly and courteous. He quoted us a very reasonable price. He also does remodeling and decorating. We would highly recommend him.
