TAKING ADVANTAGE OF FIRST DRY DAY, WITH OWNERS APPROVAL, CONTRACTOR CONSULTED WITH A UTILITY INSPECTION SERVICE TO LOCATE PROBLEM SITE. THIS WAS PRUDENT STEP WHICH ULTIMATELY REULTED IN MUCH LESS OF THE SEWER LINE NEEDING TO BE DUG UP IN ORDER TO INSTALL A CLEAN-OUT PORT. ALSO IMPORTANT AS IT KEPT PRICE DOWN.
