What an excellent job!!! People call me particularly fussy, and I couldn't be happier. Beautiful edging work and laying of mulch. New shrubbery is vibrant and healthy, and the yard is perfectly manicured and left so clean considering all the tree branches and old perennials that had to be removed. The work crew had a work ethic like none other....they worked tirelessly all day and asked repeatedly if I was happy and satisfied, and had me walk the property with them when they were finished to make sure I was. I might also add the quality of the mulch is the best.

My expectations were beyond blown.  They came out because I originally stopped in for some soil for areas my dog was tearing up.  I was referred to them  via another garden center. I inquired about stone and how much it was to put it in, I was ready to purchase some, and Jamie's wanted to make sure I wasn't buying too much, so they came out to look over the area and measure it for me.  While walking around I discussed all the yard/landscaping work, I'd like cleaned up and realized I needed mulch far worse.  The sales man, kept saying we can take care of that.  We can fix that.  We'll weed that for you too.  I didn't expect much, but if he was going to do half of what he promised I would have been thrilled.  I being, pragmatic, even took before pictures so I could see the difference when they were done.  I didn't expect it to be much of an improvement. We are thrilled.  The yard is so much improved we never could have done this on our own.  The mulch beds were cut, weeded a preventative was put down.  All the eye sores I hated were removed, plants in odd places replanted, bushes put in, they even were able to fix an area I hadn't requested. But when they arrived said I wish I had mentioned it.  I wish I had gone to them sooner.  

With four deteriorating walls at the entrance to my neighborhood I contracted with Jamie's to remove a top layer of several vertically placed rocks and crumbling mortar for the placement of a solid cap.  My goals were to seal the top from any water or ice getting in and improve the look to better fit with other renovations done in previous years at our entrances.  Fifty percent was paid in March and the order with the manager in early April was placed after deciding between stone or concrete.  Specifics on color and a beveled design on all four sides like a neighborhood next to us is what I ordered.
In mid May I received a call from the manager I was working with that he had parted ways with the business.  It happens, especially in landscaping and from what I have seen at Jamie's he does have high turnover after using them at my house on three other smaller pieces of business over the years.  I called Jamie's immediately and spoke with Jamie who said everything was ordered and that in a couple weeks I should hear from him to have them installed.  The call never came in late May.
With an annual meeting in early July I called mid June so that I could give our residents an update to ask where the order was. The owner said it would be a few more weeks.  I didn't hear anything after a few weeks and emailed for an update with a response that it should be in early the following week.  I didn't hear that it had come in by the end of the following week so I showed up at Jamie's hoping I might see the product.  He said it should be any day and then looked at his computer and described the wrong dimensions to me.
The whole process started over with a description of what we wanted, a few emails for further clarification and within two weeks it was delivered and I finally did receive a call to look at it.  I thought things were looking up but unfortunately what I saw wasn't close to the gray color ordered, the pieces had beveled edges on only two sides and I saw eleven pieces instead of four.  It was the wrong order in every way.
I had one more meeting a week later with the new board president and Jamie to discuss where we go from here.  He said with longer walls than the neighborhood next to us a beveled edge on all four sides wouldn't have worked.  Our walls are longer but the time for this discussion was before he placed an order along with why he didn't order one piece for each top, too heavy.  Had I been told this up front I would have looked elsewhere.  The school just across from our entrance has a solid five foot cap. 
We left with the possibility of the concrete being stained a darker color and moving forward it was for the new board to decide how to resolve the situation.  The caps were finally installed after five months in early September with I guess what Jamie wanted us to have.  For a darker color, he had the audacity to propose it being done for another cost.
This looks to be a retail store for seeing what you want and purchasing what they carry in stock.  Topsoil I have ordered was good along with mums and Christmas greens.  For a special order like ours that involves a lot of service, go somewhere else.  

They were prompt. I did find their pricing, for a rock wall and some other things, to be over the top. I had used them for the last couple of years. I switched to pine straw, which they didn't provide. I went to a different supplier. Everytime I got a scoop or two, I would have them dump it out because it was more economical than bags. I believe they have a sliding scale on delivery distance. Sometimes they would get a little mixed up on things. Once or twice, I asked for mulch and I got dirt or vice versa. It was good mulch. I've had other places that were a little more professional and a little better, so I would probably go somewhere else.

Overall it all went fine and I am pleased.

We could not be happier... Our yard looks like it should be photographed for a magazine... The backyard has been completely transformed into an oasis... The stonework is fantastic.  The trees and shrubs look wonderful and no detail was spared.  We are very very satisfied with the outcome.

We had 3 workers arrive early morning, and they all worked consistently and conscientiously throughout the day, never stopping. They were here until at least 4:30 when we had to leave, and they were still working.  When I came back later in the evening, everything looked nothing less than beautiful.  The mulch was spread so neatly and cleanly, nothing on the flowers I had already planted.  Sidewalks were clean, and you would never know they removed huge old shrubbery.  They carefully removed and replaced about numerous huge flower pots, as well as numerous walking stones.  All three workers were extremely polite, and even took care not to disturb a bird that was nesting within an arm's reach in a shrub that they were working next too.  I've already had a dozen neighbors comment on how nice the yard looks as well. Definately a job well done!!!!

They did what I expected. The girl that came out was very pleasant. She did the layout and designed it. I had gotten a couple of other quotes.

Outstanding professional and friendly help from start to finish. Jamie and the crew listened and provided spot on advice on selection and placement of the new trees. They even made some suggestions for future yard enhancements. We picked out the trees on the weekend and they were here on-time on Tuesday for the delivery and installation. Quick and clean job, and it looks great! The crew was friendly and respectful and performed flawlessly. Jamie's has my business from now on.

It wasn't very good. I had first gone to another company and ordered some stone, which they ran out of, so they recommend Jamie's to me. I told Jamie I needed 5 and a half tons. He said they don't work in tons but in cubic yards, but that it wouldn't be a problem. I drove over to Jamie's and met with one of his employees and asked if they had what the other company was going to sell me. I meticulously calculated everything I needed. He also told me they don't work in tons, but that they could convert it for me. He said this is what it will be and here's the price. I bought it, they loaded it up, and when it got to my house I didn't think it looked like the right amount. I contacted Jamie and explained that it didn't look like 5 tons. He started getting aggravated with me and wouldn't let me talk or explain. They mislead me, wouldn't listen, and obviously didn't know how to convert.

Great quality. Delivered as promised. I thought the cost for delivery ($30) was excessive. We live right around the corner.
