The workmanship was excellent and done in a timely manner.  The workers were very professional and kept us informed of their progress.  They followed up with grout sealing and other small details as they promised (without a prompt from us).  We were very pleased with everyone in the company and would recommend them to anyone.  We plan to have them return for work on our kitchen.

They installed hardwood flooring on our entire first floor, changed our staircase from carpet to hardwood, demolished the kitchen and redid it completely, took out a half wall between eating area and family room and installed built-in cupboards around our fireplace, as well as redoing our fireplace (covering the brick with ceramic tile and a beautiful mantel).

I liked Jake from the very first appointment. He was positive and so helpful. When he looked at our renovation plans for the kitchen he came up with an even better idea for an area I had been struggling with which was brilliant and yet simple. Jake was well-organized and had planned our project well. He was a good comunicator  I knew what I had to order well in advance and he made it clear what he would order. He was very open to changes I wanted to make along the way - and also gave me good advice. His team were great guys - also very positive and a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up each evening before they left. I had always said I would never do a renovation because it would be so stressful.  We ended up going that route anyway and I can honestly say Jake made it far less stressful. Jake does quality work, lives up to his promises and desires to make the client happy. I can refer him without any reservations.

Work is ongoing but is going well. We have wiring, plumbing, hvac, insulation and drywall with paint. Next week is tiling bathroom, trim, light fixtures, cabinetry, and doors. We are very pleased with the work so far. We have employed Jake many times and have always been pleased. He does good work and stands by what he does. We have recommended him to friends who have all liked his work. This is a family business and his workers are family and close friends. We should be finished by end of March. I will add to this review when everything is done.

My recommendation is hire him, but not until my job is done!
