IMFELD NURSERY LTD

It did not go well.  Our previous landscape company came out between the time we provided Mr. imfeld with the down payment and he started the job.  We called and attempted to cancel.  Mr. Imfeld came out and suggested that they could do some work that was missed by the other company.  We agreed and understood that any excess funds we paid would be refunded.  They sent out two guys who worked for about 3-4 hours and left.  We never received a refund for the balance.  I contacted Mr. Imfeld on 5 separate occasions to ask for our refund which was promised to us in a few days.  It never came each time.  I stopped by the store in McGonigle to inquire personally - he was not there.
Fast forward to Spring 2015.  I called Mr. Imfeld and asked for the refund.  He said he had no money.  I suggested that I would pursue legal action to receive an accounting of the amount used against our credit and obtain a refund.  He asked me to wait 2 weeks.  After 2 weeks, our refund came.
I do not recommend this provider - beware - he is a crook.

Have used their services in the past and always come back. Only people I trust to do the job right the first time and I don't feel like I need to be there watching or telling them what to do. A little pricey but well worth it. Awesome job.

Call Imfeld's for estimate, the owner came to the home, did some research and had us come to their store within a few days to discuss what his plan was and the cost. He was very through with his discussion of what his ideas were, made many different suggestions. Over all the experience was very enjoyable and knowledgeable. We all agreed on the plants, bushes, trees and cost, and a time to start the project.
The crew of three men came out on a Wednesday morning starting at 8:00 a.m. ending the day at 5:00 p.m.,with temperatures in the extreme high 90's and low 100's. Started out by tearing out the old brush / bushes, trimmed up the bushes and tress remaining. Cultivated the ground around the area for the new bushes / trees. Dug an area 5' x 5' about 6and quot; deep for a brick patio, planted 40 bushes and 2 trees. Put in a black guard all around the area, put black plastic on the ground and covered the area with mulch. The three men were down with the project by 3:00 p.m. on Friday.

We had one bush die with in 3 weeks, called Imfeld's and told them about it and the bush was ordered and replace with now questions.

Imfelds has delivered our mulch in bulk several times over the last decade. They are reasonably priced, quick with delivery and put the mulch where designated. The same wss true for topsoil. The nursey has a good variety of plants that grow well in this area. All of the plants and trees I have purchased from Imfelds are doing very well. Whenever I have a question about landscaping or trees I call Imfelds and each time I have been satisfied with the response or had my problem solved.

I have used them a couple of times. They dug out some window wells and restore the natural drainage so water wouldn't back up in the windows. They also landscaped around the sides of the house and built a flower bed. They weeded, mulched and planted some ground cover. I over all liked them very much. They were very good at listening to what we wanted and offering some advice and over all proposals. Their decisions were good. Their work was good. Their attention to detail was good. Everything was clean and orderly after they left and I though their price was fair. I would use them again.

They did a good job. They did what they said they would do. They stuck to the contract. They cleaned up everything and did the job in a timely manner. They worked hard. It was one of those days when it was really hot. I will probably use them again in the future.

They did everything well. They were prompt, punctual, and professional. They were easy to deal with, and easy to talk to. They provided some green material. They did a good job because there hasn't been a drop of water in the basement since then. From the outside it looks like different house.
