I went with them because they were having a sale on the microwave that I was looking at. I had a pleasant experience with it. I have not had any problems with the microwave. I have ben satisfied with the purchase.

The man who sold us the refrigerator was Jeffrey Walkup. He was very nice to deal with. We bought it on Friday night. Ours went out and we had no way of keeping our food cold. He said we could pick it up in Sharonville at the warehouse on Saturday or they would deliver it on Sunday. We tried to find someone with a truck to help us but everyone was out of town. We called the store as soon as they opened on Saturday and told them we needed it delivered. We then went to the store to pay the $74.36 for delivery. They said we would get a call between 6:30 and 8:30 AM on Sunday to let us know when they would arrive. We tried to call our salesperson back later on Saturday to make sure it would be delivered and he was with a customer. We did not get a return call. At 9:00AM on Sunday we called them. They said they had made a mistake and could not deliver it to us on Sunday. We went to Lowes and bought one and it was delivered that day in the afternoon. Someone from HH Gregg called later in the day to say they would deliver it free of charge on Monday. We told them we had already bought another one. We went in and got a refund on Sunday. We are due to receive that check in 10-14 business days. Now I have paid for 2 refrigerators and have to wait for my refund due to their mistake.
