Started out OK but found out later if you requested to skip a mowing or reschedule one, owner got hostile. He was not customer friendly to say the least. It was his way or the highway, literally. He dropped us this year when he was reminded our yard holds water in spots after it rains and we requested to let it dry out before mowing.
