He asks intelligent questions about what you are looking for and makes suggestions based on that. The installers who came to instll the carpet wer courteous, on time and did an excellent job. They also hauled away my old carpet rather than leaving sitting on my curb. My instllers name was Bobby and his statement to me was that he treats customers the way he would treat his own family.
