 + -1 moreA neighbor across the hall from the apartment that he was working in was upset that he had knocked on her door in error. He handled her foul language and aggressive behavior, and even helped her with a slow draining faucet.
Description of Work: We have used this provider on a few occasions. The first was a broken outside pipe, which left water leaking into our basement window. He provided excellent repairs and service at a reasonable price. The second occasion was a leaking pipe in our garage, that had frozen during the winter. The last occasion was a rental property owned by my father in law, he was able to fix the original problem, but also handled a difficult tenant across the hall.
