We're now suing them because they never showed up to do the work and took our $3500. His name is William C. Lange. He refuses to give us a refund. Nobody should use this company. He said he was going to show up on a Monday. He had the materials delivered. We couldn't get a hold of him for almost two weeks. Finally, when I sent him a text message that we'd see him in court because he wasn't responding. He finally responded, "Oh, I still plan on doing your basement." Sorry, he's not coming in our house anymore. We even offered to pay him for his time he had into it and everything and he refused. We've tried multiple times to get in contact with him and get our money back. I would tell other Angie's List members to beware of this company.

I contacted Bill Lange on or about June 11th, 2013. He said he could come out to repair my leaky window but it took until July 2nd for him to come out to do it. He kept insisting that he weather was to rainy for him to perform the work but the weather archives will indicate that we had several days in a row of no rain between June 11th and July 2nd when he finally did the job.
He indicated to me that if repairing the flashing around the window did not work, he could replace the window to fix the leak.
It took him about 2 hours to complete the flashing repair. He did not replace the window.
We paid him a check for $325 for the job.
I tested the repair days later and saw that the window still leaked.
I called him back on the following Monday July 8th and asked when he could come back out to work on it.
He said he had other things going on and could not come back nor did he give me an estimate of a time when he could come back to fix it.
I am still in the process of trying to get Bill Lange to either give me a refund or come back out and fix the window leak like he promised.
