Pat was awesome. He was able to the work quickly after the request. He showed up when promised and did the work perfectly for a very fair price. He'll be my go to from now on!

In a sentence - I'd hire Crosby Electric to work on my mother's house. I have hired Crosby Electric perform several different jobs for over the past decade - electric entrance upgrades, adding additional circuits, and repairs. His workmanship is impeccable. Pat is dependable and he communicates well. The electric inspectors know Pat Crosby by name because of his workmanship. Pat is independent so he stands behind his work, and you're not paying for all the overhead of a large shop.

Pat was able to come to the house within a day or two. I was happy with the estimate and he was able to complete the work right then which was awesome. He was so fast it was unbelievable. He really knows his stuff. Crosby Electric is amazing. I couldn't be happier.

I have had Crosby Electric perform several different jobs for me and he always does an awesome job and is very dependable. When he replaced my circuit breakers, the City inspector came and said he could tell that it was completed by Crosby Electric and he never has any issue with the work that they perform. He did what no one else could do.  He found the problem and fixed it at minimal cost.  He came with his drywall guy and repairs were made right on the spot.

I had a wiring problem that was affecting both of my bathrooms that started after I installed a new light fixture. I had another electrician come out and troubleshoot, but the problem remained. Pat was able to find the wiring problems in both bathrooms immediately and make safety improvements at the same time. He charged me about half of what the other electrician charged, and his work was impeccable. I will be calling on him again in the future.

It was excellent. He was prompt, professional, efficient and did the work, that was required outside,  even though I wasn't here.

Mr. Crosby was EXCELLENT. He performed all the tasks he stated in his consultation and didn't try to push anything on us that we did not want done. He answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional at all times. After this job, he has become our only electrician.

Pat returned my call the same day. We made arrangements for him to come over the following day. He explained what was wrong, fixed the wiring, installed provided switch and installed the other switch quickly. All in all took about 15-20 minutes. Very nice and cleaned up after finishing. Pleasant man and very professional.

The cause of the short circuit wasn't immediately apparent. The electrician was very thorough in his search for the problem. He tested all of the plugs and fixtures on the circuit, investigated the breaker box, traced wires (even in the crawlspace). He finally discovered the culprit, a light fixture with some faulty wiring. He replaced the fixture and everything was good. We were impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, and ability to explain what he was doing. He also made a follow up call. Great service and I would highly recommend!

He provided us a good service. We're gonna get some estimate from him again for wiring done in our basement.

Power from circuit breaker went out Sunday evening. Called Crosby and he said he could come over that night. He determined circuit main needed to be replaced. He called around and determined that a replacement could not be obtained until next day. The next day he quickly replaced the main.

When called for an estimate Pat was very responsive, coming to look at the work within 3-4 days, and providing an estimate within two days.

His estimate for the work was very competitive. He was able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks. He stuck to the schedule and completed the work as scheduled.

He had workable solutions to all the needs I presented, and executed them professionally.

I would recommend him for any electrical or lighting work.

I spoke to Pat Crosby about putting in an electric plug for our new microwave. He gave me a bid of approx $150 for that job. While he was here, my husband asked about putting in an electric plug for a range that I have in the basement. He had to reverse a job that was botched by a previous electrician to do the job the way I wanted it done. He gave me a price of $280 for both jobs. He was punctual, professional, cleaned up after he was finished. He did a great job and I WILL be calling him again for future electrical jobs for our home as well as our rental properties..

He was clear about scheduling--was prompt and efficient, extremely easy to work with. Price quite fair.
