Britton Plumbing

Britton plumbing did a prompt and great job converting our propane gas distribution system to natural gas. This involved extending our existing gas line to the meter and installing a whole house regulator to deal with the 2 PSI meter we had Duke install. They also installed a natural gas hot water heater to replace our propane hot water heater.

Our water heater started leaking Wednesday morning, but due to all the heavy rain in the past few days, all other plumbers quoted over 4 days until they could come out thanks to sump pump issues. Britton plumbing was contracted to finish out basement plumbing a year ago, so we decided to reach out to them again. They texted back quickly and were able to come the very next morning and install a new water heater. They offered a quote after we texted pictures of the water heater to him. And after finding out our broken water heater was covered under warranty (amazing!), they still agreed to come out the next day and install the new water heater I had picked up. They arrived 20min late but gave us a text to let us know ahead of time. They also wore booties when they saw our basement stairs were carpeted. They installed an extra shutoff valve for us as well, so we could have running cold water next time this happens. I should also say that they brought our new and old water down/up the stairs for us. And if that wasn't enough, they also offered to bring, and did, our old water heater back to lowes (8min drive), so we could get the warranty refund without having to put it in our minivan. GREAT SERVICE!
