 + -1 moreSO FAR, THIS HAS BEEN AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE HOUSE IS A GOOD QUALITY OF WORKSMANSHIP INSIDE AND THE ISSUES WE HAVE OUTSIDE AS FAR AS THE LAND SETTLING AND THE WATER DRAINAGE PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE HAVING ARE FINALLY BEING ADDRESSED. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO US IN THE BEGINNING AND WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS NOW. WE ALSO HAD AN EGRESS WINDOW PLACED IN THE BASEMENT FOR FUTURE FINISHING ISSUES AND THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOW WITHOUT THE COVER OVER IT. SO THE OPENING IS EXPOSED AND WE ARE STILL WAITING ON A COVER TO PROTECT A CHILD OR ANYONE ELSE FROM FALLING IN.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A HOUSE BUILT BY BEAZER IN A NEW COMMUNITY, ASPEN TRAILS. WE CHOSE THE LAYOUT AND WENT THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PICKING ALL THE OPTIONS, COLORS, UPGRADES, ETC. THE PROCESS STARTED IN DECEMBER 2003 AND WE CLOSED ON THE HOUSE IN SEPTEMBER 2004. THE HOUSE IS OF PRETTY GOOD QUALITY. IT IS A LITTLE OVER 3000 SQUARE FEET AND FOR THE MONEY IN THIS AREA, WE COULDN'T REALLY ASK FOR MORE.
