American Freight Furniture and Mattress-Cincinnati

A couple of years after I originally bought my Carlsbad bedroom suit from American Freight, I decided to add a chest of drawers. I called American Freight and they told me that I could still order the additional unit through them. On October 29, 2013, I went to the store on Muhlhauser Road paid for the chest of drawers and was told that they should get them in about six weeks.
After the seventh week came with no word, I called the Muhlhauser Road store and they stated that the chest of drawers was still not in and they did not know when it would be delivered. Not hearing anything about my order, I called the week before Christmas. The local store representative said she couldn't tell me about my order and then gave me the number of a representative named Tim in Distribution who would know more about the order. I called the number and left a message. Tim called back and told me that he would check on it and get back to me and let me know when to expect it. After several calls back and forth, he said he didn't know why it wasn't on the truck and he would reorder it again. After several more days and calls, he told me he
was able to have it sent to the Columbus store. He then told me he would personally go there and bring it down to Cincinnati.
He was suppose to get the chest of drawers on the fifteenth or seventeenth of January but the weather was too bad. When I didn't hear anything on Tuesday, January 21st, I called him again. He said he was off that day and would go on Wednesday and
call me when he had it in Cincinnati. Although I called the store onThursday to discover the chest of drawers was in Dayton, I had a message on my home phone that same day wanting to schedule a delivery on Friday. Since I was not available that day, I returned the call and arranged a Saturday January 25th delivery. They were to call me with a delivery time. On Saturday no call came by noon, so I phoned again and was told they would put it in the truck. Shortly after that another employee called and said that they were going to put it in a personal car and deliver it but it was so busy in the store that they couldn't spare anyone. I offered to come and pick it up myself but I then learned that it wasn't even at the Muhlhauser store! It was in Florence where is was left when they couldn't deliver it on Friday! They arranged to have a Florence store employee to finally deliver it to my home. Although the chest of drawers is good, I think that waiting for it for three months for an order to come in is totally unacceptable.
