Showed up on time, got right to it. Shared the strategy for implementing the plug. Made a special extension cord for my generator. Tested and did some trouble shooting. Provided instructions on how to use start up the house from the generator, then shutdown when power is restored to our house. Very nice guys, completed the job quickly and did quality work. Highly recommend.

Scott was very punctual and knowledgeable. The meter base was changed out in no time. Worked will with the DPL people to schedule power shut off and turn on. Job took no time at all. His helper was awesome and they worked great together! Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for a great job!!
