From beginning to end it was a positive experience. Ross, the owner, was prompt in coming to my home to assess the job, the bid arrived within days and once I signed the contract they had the job completed within the week! All the crew members were courteous and professional. The work was completed within a day. Everyone who has seen the result has been impressed.

Still working on job because of rain. Still have to have railings installed but patio and sidewalk are excellent. Work done just days before cold weather so railings have to wait to spring.

From the very start, they were prompt, professional, and friendly!  A written estimate was given that clearly outlined all of the work to be done with half paid up front and half at completion.  On the day of construction, the work crew was friendly/good-humored and extremely efficient!  Everything was completed as planned and at the end of the day the entire construction site was cleaned up as if they were never there.  If ever any construction work is needed to be done for the future, this is the first and only company we would turn to for help.  Professional, honest, and courteous, we HIGHLY recommend this company!

Ross, the company owner, was punctual, polite, and full of positive energy during every visit. He first walked the entire foundation, showing me his observations and discussing my options. His quote was staightforward and he did not pressure me to fix every area he pointed out. He came back another day to complete the crack repair, and the results seemed to be effective.

He is a small contractor. They submitted the initial quotation either by phone or email. He followed up on that and showed up when he was supposed to do the bid. The bid seemed reasonable. He performed the work in a timely manner. He was neat and thorough. The billing was accurate. He cleaned up appropriately.
