It went very well. They set up the appointment for a week ahead, and were right on time. Installed the Jam Liner and everything works.

This company was highly recommended to us by a realtor. Maggie, the office manager, was polite (though not always friendly) from our initial contact. Jim, the lead installer, came out to measure for an estimate. He struck me as sincere, solid and professional. The estimate came quickly, and we accepted. Work was performed by Jim and another installer in an efficient, timely manner. Installations were precise and nicely finished. Jim was meticulous about removing debris. One window had to be reordered because it was built to the wrong dimensions, and one mildly torn screen had to be replaced, but Jim and Maggie made sure we were satisfied from start to finish. I would recommend Glass Contractors to anyone.

THE COMPANY ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON THE DAY THEY WERE SCHEDULED. SINCE THEY WERE GOING TO OPEN THE HOUSE TO THE OUTSIDE (WHEN REMOVING THE WINDOW,) WE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT PROMPT AND ACCURATE WORK (ALSO NOT DESTROYING OUR WOODWORK, THE BRICKWORK, AND GARDENING.) THEY VERY CAREFULLY REMOVED THE OLD WINDOW AND INSERTED THE ACCURATELY-MEASURED CUSTOM WINDOW. EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB.
