The staff in the store are some of the nicest you'll ever meet. However the workmanship of the installers is beyond poor & some are very unprofessional - not showing up or showing up hours late without any communication, not answering calls or returning calls after messages are left are a few examples. After having 4 different crews sent out to try to complete the work properly, months later it's still not done. So a job that should've taken a week or so is still incomplete while we continue our search to find a reputable company to clean up the mess and install flooring. The owner was beyond gracious, he just doesn't have staff with the skills to get the job done correctly. Using this company has been a huge inconvenience and a very costly mistake. Fortunately, we did get a full refund but will have to pay extra to the next company to complete the removal/cleanup of this flooring disaster.

I know the owner and they gave me a great deal compared to other providers. They did a great job cleaning up; they even ran a sweeper and moved the furniture back.
