+ -1 moreSAID HE''D BE HERE MONDAY, THEN CALLED THE THURSDAY BEFORE TO SAY HE''D FINISHED HIS LAST JOB A LITTLE EARLY, DID I WANT HIM TO START FRIDAY. SAID IT WOULD BE A FOUR-DAY JOB, AND IT WAS. GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND STUCK TO IT. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. DIDN''T CHARGE ME FOR A MISTAKE HE''D MADE IN THE ESTIMATE, JUST ATE THE COST HIMSELF.
