Carpenter bees and wasps gone wth advice on filling bee holes and painting/staining to discourage return. Identification of where beetles are coming from and that they are not harmful or damaging and where to seal up to keep them out. Victory!

Initial visits were delayed due to rain but the company wanted credit card information before the services were performed. It worked out in the end, but it was frustrating to have them asking for credit card information even though they kept pushing off the treatments due to bad weather.

Truly Nolen responded quickly, professionally, and resolved my issue.

No more carpenter ants

Service is always timely and the provider is personable and professional. I feel as though the work is thorough and well done.

They have local representatives. They are very responsive and they have just been very informative. They tell you everything they are doing.

They left a bit of a mess for me to clean up.

They are reliable and they do what they say they are going to do. They are good.

I have a yearly contract so I pay like $140 per quarter. Any time I ask them to come out for anything, they do. Their price is competitive with everything else around here. I am happy with them. They show up on time.

I would use them again.

It went well. They did very well. They're very professional and they announce every time that they're going to come to the home and spray.

I haven't see a bug since retaining Truly Nolen

The technician Eric was fantastic;

its the owner who was nasty. We called about the $268 deal and were told $299 as the house was somewhat bigger. Then at night, their customer service said price was now lower to $99. We said great see you in am.
Tech came and said he couldn't do it for that and wanted > $400. I insisted i talk to the owner who was rude and said their customer service had made a mistake. I said that was what they told me $99. he said he was not going to abide by that and wanted > $400 or leave. We had already planned for a buyer inspection and finally negotiated for $299 or close. Except for carpenter bees and old mice droppings nothing else was found.

I have had a ongoing problem with mice in the basement of my rental property for at least 10 years.  I have had several pest control companies come out over the years.  They all baited and set traps, but this was never a permanent solution.  This time I called Truly Nolen.  I explained to them that I was not interested in more baiting and trapping, what I wanted was a permanent solution through exclusion.  I needed someone to thoroughly inspect the property in attempt to find where they are coming in.  Ryan Toledo came out and did just that.  He inspected the area, and agreed that continuous baiting and trapping were not really appropriate for my situation.  He looked around, and found what he believed was their access point.  He said he was 99% sure this was where they were getting in.  He did not have all the materials on him to fill in the hole, but explained to me what to use, how to do it, and what to look for after that.  He did not charge me. 
I followed his instructions and plugged up the area that he had located. 
The following month, I did not catch any more mice inside, or find evidence of them.  It had been very cold for a few days, and the unit was empty.  So I was sure that if the mice still had access, I would have caught one or seen evidence of their partying! 
I am beyond thankful.  This has been a problem for so many years, and it's been a source of stress for me while trying to manage my rental property.  It's a huge weight of my shoulders to be finally free of this problem.  Though I hope to never have another pest control issue, I certainly will call Ryan Toledo of Truly Nolen should the need ever arise!

When we bought this home in June, one of the required remedies was to get rid of the carpenter ants and the mice. We had a paid invoice by another company saying that work was completed. It wasn't. And the other company didn't stand by their shoddy service. We'd had enough of seeing ants in our kitchen! Truly Nolen was recommended. Ryan identified the ant nest and the entrance points for the mice. We were told that it could take a few days for us to no longer see ants. The very next day after treatment, I saw one dying ant and have not seen another since July. The ants could have ruined our new home experience and thanks to Truly Nolen we are ant and mice free. We'll continue using them to prevent any new infestations.

I haven't seen significant improvement with pests yet. However it is only three days after treatment. I plan to wait and call them back if I find more pests.
