Went really well. Guys were very professional, proficient, knowledgeable and helpful. They also cleaned up after themselves which does not always happen with this type of work!

I initially called, and just as I hung up from leaving a message, Sherri called me back. After I explained the services I needed, she first expressed condolences. When I asked how quickly she could come to the apartment, she told me that everything would be at my convenience.
We met at the apartment two hours later for an estimate. She sent a crew the following morning. They arrived on time. Her crew (3 men) were professional yet also very compassionate, given my circumstances.
I returned several hours later after they finished. They had done everything Sherri told me they would do and the apartment was completely empty, cleaned and deodorized. The fee was what Sherri had quoted me the day before.
ServPro did more than clean up after my brother?s suicide ? they removed a very overwhelming and heavy burden during my
time of grief. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and provided a very valuable service. Many thanks to Sherri and her crew.

I IMAGINE THIS SERVICE WAS QUITE COSTLY, BUT LUCKILY MY HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE WILL COVER IT AND THE BILL GOES DIRECTLY TO MY CLAIMS MANAGER. THE COMPANY WAS JUST EXCELLENT, FROM THE SOOTHING VOICE AND EXTRA EFFORTS OF EMILY ON THE PHONE, TO GARY AND HIS CREW ON SITE. POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND CARING, THEY REALLY TOOK CHARGE OF MY DISASTER AND I WAS (AND AM)VERY APPRECIATIVE. I WOULD FULLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE.
