PRESTIGE DELIVERY SYSTEMS INC

So far I have received five deliveries from Prestige Delivery. The first four were all more than a day late and the most recent was on time. This company is known for marking the deliveries as 'out for delivery' or even 'delivered' and then not actually delivering the product for days. There is no real way to know when your package will arrive or what condition it will be in. Four of the five deliveries have been delivered with damaged outer boxes. None of the contents have been damaged (due to Amazon.com's and the OEM's packaging).
Prestige Deliveries employees (or contractors or whatever they are classified as) do not drive marked vehicles, wear uniforms or carry visible identification. They appear to drive their personal vehicles and wear street clothes. The packages are normally deposited on their side or upside down on the doorstep without a doorbell ring or knock to announce their presence.
In summary Prestige Delivery is far from being a professional delivery company. They are not an organization that I would ever choose to trust with the care and timely delivery valuable merchandise. Amazon.com needs to be made to understand that associating itself with companies such as Prestige Delivery is damaging to its customers and its reputation.

They were very good and helped me out a great deal as I was immobile at the time with a hip replacement. They were on time and delivered the documents very quickly.
