Quickly got me on the work schedule. Sent a message when in route and On time for my appointment. Polite and respectful. Worked quickly and communicated well. Reviewed his work, answered all my questions and told me next steps for next year/check up. Definitely recommend them.

About ten years ago, Patriot Air installed our heating and cooling system, and we've relied on them ever since. They are a company of honesty and integrity. The service personnel are exceptionally professional, respectful, courteous, efficient, and delightful. They KNOW what they are doing and take the time to explain any problems or services required. They have needed parts readily available on their trucks and confirm price (always fair) with you before performing needed repairs. They don't "sell"; they serve. We highly recommend them...can't imagine using any other company.

I was pleased in my contact with the owner, professional and courteous. Technicians Brian and Trevor were very pleasant while doing their job. I didn't do any comparison pricing on the new furnace unit installed but it needed done before the cold weather sets in. They had to work in very tight quarters but accomplished their task pleasantly. They cleaned up everything after installation. Very informative when I asked questions and they explained so I understood.

Jeff from patriots air fixed our furnace which was having issues since few months I had already spend $1000 with multiple technicians from other companies who failed to diagnose the exact problem. Jeff was very quick to identify the problem ordered the part and fixed the issue..it’s been a month and furnace is working as expected.. I would highly recommend them.. Iam going to hire them for all my future Hvac needs
