Leddingham Home Improvements Inc

We purchased siding and soffit through a business and they used the Leddingham Home Improvement to do the installation. The first day that they were to show up for work they were late and when the supervisor did show he said his crew was going to be late because they were finishing a job. I had to explain to him everything that was to be done. I showed around the house and asked if he knew what was to be done. Then he proceeded to get a paper from his truck, but I still had to explain what is to be done. That was the first sign I was in trouble and told him that this makes me nervous. After he unloaded the material he said that it was too late for his crew to start and would be back the next day. They worked the next two days, on the second day when I arrived home they told me they ran out of the siding and would be 10 days before they could get more. I started to inspect their work and there were so many mistakes it is hard to mention them all. Their finish work a blind person could have done better. There were gaps where moisture and insects could get into. Everywhere you look there was something wrong. I have contacted them to them not to send this company back and I will be requesting a professional company to come back and repair what they messed up. At this point I will want them to take everything off and start over. If there is so much wrong that is obvious, what could be wrong that I cannot see. DO NOT USE this company or the business they go through. I will write a report on the other business after the job is completed in another 3 weeks. At this point they get an F, and their customer service gets a Z. They do not know how to return a phone call.
