My daughter is 6 years old. The lady, who was supposed to supervise the toy, was not standing next to the entrance. My daughter walked into the toy. She yelled and screamed at my daughter for walking into the jumper without her permission. She caused a big scene and called another lady from another ride to remove us from the ride. My daughter was in tears for this lady screaming and yelling at her. This scene was very large and not called for. This lady was very unprofessional. Prior to this instance, this lady jerked a little boy out by his ankles to remove him from the bouncy-jumper.
