Last summer was the worse. Employees were rude, they tore up my lawn and in trying to get them to finish additional work I hired them to do was nearly impossible. I’ve changed companies!

Great, as usual no issues.

I have contracted with Gag for 6 years for snow removal. I cannot believe they are on Angie's List. The service has gotten progressively worse every year. Last year they did not come the two times it snowed and then billed me for a time there was no snow and they did not come. They will not answer either phone calls or emails. They send a notice early September to say whether you are going to be on their list for that year and you cannot get a quote from anyone else that early. I am done with them.

Work went well. Completed in less time than I estimated.

Excellent, no issues.

This company is outstanding. They responded super fast to my request for mowing and sent pictures of the condition of my property. I am an out of state owner, whose renters trashed the place and moved out without notice. GAG came to my rescue. You won't regret hiring this reputable company for your lawn's needs. I highly recommend.

They are great. They come out once a week and keep our yard mowed

They were great, they come once a week, we know that they keep the lawn mowed and we don't have to worry about it. They do a good job, they trim, clean up after themselves.

They keep my lawn looking fabulous. They come two to three times a week. I have used them for 12 years.

I like how they take care of my lawn so beautifully, and do snow removal. They're very very good!

This company is very reliable. They cut our grass every week on the same day. If it rained they would come the next day.

GAG performed routine weekly lawn care and manintenance throughout the past summer. The team was professional and dependable. We would use their services again without hesitation.

They always do a fantastic job. They do a great job of cleaning up as well and I would highly recommend them.

I think they are are good as anyone else. They are fine. I did have to ask them to do certain things to make sure the lines are nice. It just depends on the workers that come out.

Sprinkler head was fixed quickly and works great. We have used Gary for several years for our irrigation system, yard work and he also laid brick pavers on the edges of our driveway.

This saved me a great deal of labor later in the summer as it kept the weeds down and edged stayed.

For many years GAG has provided us with very good service.
However, the service has gone downhill ever since this winter. We contracted with them to plow our driveway. One time, my son was parked in the driveway and instead of ringing the bell and asking him to move his car, they only plowed the first 1/4 of the drive and charged me for the whole thing. When I emailed them, JoAnn would not adjust the bill. Another snowstorm they failed to come out. I called and emailed many times, and we had to shovel it ourselves. When I finally got a call back from JoAnn a day after the storm, and I restated the problem, she asked if we wanted them to come out and plow - but we had already done it!
Then this spring, they came out to do the spring cleanup and mulching. The prior year the cost was $485 and this year the charge was $810. I emailed them to ask why there was such a price difference. First, I didn't even get a response until I emailed again. I did receive a slight reduction at that point, but not enough to warrant the difference. When I questioned JoAnn again, she said I must have been UNDERcharged in prior years!! How do you talk to a customer like that?
I paid the adjusted amount, but am now using another lawn service.
I stopped service with GAG, after many years, and no one even called to ask why or what they could do better.
I find their office staff to be unprofessional, and unresponsive.
I do NOT recommend this lawn service company.

We have used them for numerous years, my husband and I. They are a quality company. Actually they are good in mowing out my father's residence, so they come out to my dad's weekly and then they do landscaping at our house too. We have an irrigation system, and they turn on that irrigation system and turn it off every year. They come out on Tuesdays.

The mulching was done prior to the date I requested which was just a small problem since I wanted it done after I trimmed the bushes, but the mowing and mulching both look really good. Next year I want to get the edging redone also prior to mulching. Other than putting the mulch down too soon, I am very happy with the results.
