+ -1 moreI worked directly with Gary from DKR, he was very responsive and professional. I was really in a bad place with the damage done to my home but after meeting Gary I felt a lot better. He was able to get the foundation fixed within 3 days of signing the contract and then he began on the interior. Gary brought over one of their employees; Bud to complete the interior and he did an excellent job. He was on time everyday on time and informed me what he planned to do daily. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to get everything done. I had cracks in my ceiling and walls in the hallway, family room, front room and kitchen from the accident. All of this had to be repaired and painted. When the all the work was complete Gary sent over a cleaning crew to tidy up. I really appreciated that, I definitely recommend DKR if you are looking for a honest and reliable company.
Description of Work: Replaced the foundation on one side of my home that was damaged by a cement truck and fixed additional damage to the interior.

+ -1 moreWe had one contact person with DKR and he kept us well informed as to what was being done and when. Above all the tenants did not have to leave the property and one other tenant had a completely new room to move into. All of this was done in less than a month and before their school started DKR was very professional, considerate and their workmanship was excellent. DKR maintained contact with our insurance company and we had no problems. We would definitely recommend DKR Builders LTD!
Description of Work: DKR provided the estimate and workers from start to finish. We had over $11,000.00 water damage to a rental in Columbus. DKR was contacted and a representative responded within a half-hour. We received an estimate via e-mail the next day and we accepted. DKR replaced part of a ceiling, carpet, painted walls and all the woodwork in an upstairs bedroom. They also, had to replace the ceiling, paint the walls and woodwork in the dining room. The hardwood floor was so badly damaged it could not be refinished. DKR worked with our insurance company and was able to replace the floors in the dining room as well as the living room so it matched. It is BEAUTIFUL!

After that I was trying to decide between him and another company so I called him to see what kind of time frame it will be before I can get the work done. He just said he would call me back when he's ready and I have not heard from him since.

+ -1 moreTHEY SENT A GUY IN TO DO THE DRYWALL. HE CAME IN AND TOLD ME HOW WELL HE DOES HIS WALLS. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO SAND THE WALLS, BUT IT WAS BUMPY. I HAD TO CALL THE OWNER TO CHECK THE WALLS. HE DID REPAIR IT AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE REASON HIS WORK WAS SO GOOD WAS BECAUSE HE TOOK HIS TIME. THE FIRST GUY WAS HERE FOR 2 DAYS FOR A TOTAL OF 8 HOURS AND DID A BAD JOB. THEY DID MAKE GOOD ON IT. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY STATE FARM INSURANCE. IF GARY DOES YOUR WORK, YOU WILL GET THE JOB DONE WELL. YOU MIGHT WANT TO RECOMMEND THAT THEY SEND A NON-SMOKING WORKER IF YOU DON'T SMOKE.
