Bottoms Construction Inc.

Steve Bottoms is the President of Bottoms Construction, Inc. and an excellent contractor.
We have hired him and his team to do many different large-size custom home renovations. Most recently he tore out an old bath tub and in it's place built a beautiful walk-in shower (of his own design) with beautifully arranged ceramic tile, a granite seat, and all new plumbing, light, and fixtures. He renovated three bathrooms with new plumbing, new toilets, new faucet sets, new lighting, and granite top sinks. In two of the bathrooms he also installed new ceramic tile floors, requiring some floor and wall repair.
He also built oak stair rails (we have a tri-level) to our upstairs and  installed a straight rail to the downstairs. He has rebuilt our kitchen floor, built a cherry fireplace mantle (also his own design) and a stone wall in our living room. He has done many other renovation jobs for us, so we have had a great deal of experience working with him.
Steve Bottoms does excellent work. He's very professional, very skilled, very responsible, very honest, and very easy to work with. We went on vacation for a week and left him with our house keys so he could work while we were gone. We knew for certain that we could trust him to be responsible with everything - and he was. He even did house cleaning so we wouldn't come home to a mess. Just try finding a contractor that will do that.
I am glad that Angie's List has a forum that gives me the opportunity to recommend him. If I ever want to build a new house, there is absolutely no question that I will call Bottoms Construction.
