Follow up on report from 1/29/2016. Never returned money owed when prepaid for service that was never done. Returned only a portion.

Prompt response to initial call. Evaluated well and found a new well was needed. Subcontracted well driller was unable to come and dig well for 2 weeks. Decided to go with another company who could drill faster. Good communication with well service. Called back and responded when promised. Faithful about charging a reasonable rate and refunding money.

Very well. The control mechanism on my well started leaking. I set up an appointment with Mr. Bauer and he arrive about 30 minutes later than scheduled. He inspected the situation and said he needed more parts. He returned about an hour later and started work. He replaced the entire pressure fixture, the holding tank, and the plumbing associated with it. It has worked with no leaks since. This is the second time I have used Bauer and both times he has come through for me.

I called Bauer Repair Service and they were out to the house in less than three hours. Replaced switch and informed me that the Pressure Tank was also bad. I had some water until they returned in three days because they told me to install a new tank. Water pressure is now fine. They did an excellent job. The two jobs took about two hours total.
