ALL AMERICAN CARPET CLEANING

Had to call them back to finish the rest of the basement. Would not touch a nature stone floor that Nature Stone's website is fine to steam clean.

They were supposed to move most furniture to clean all of the carpet, so we cleaned all of the clutter from the rooms and the furniture so they could easily move them.  They didn't even move the smallest of chairs, stand lamps, end tables or nightstands.  Also didn't make much or any improvement on the dog urine stains on the hall carpet.   One of the two guys that were out used the toilet and plugged it, didn't say anything about it, so that is why the "F" for professionalism.  Tried to contact owner a number of times but would not respond.

Cleaned rooms per estimate.  Was told that carpet would be dry in eight hours.
After 24 hours, carpet was still wet.  Technician stated to leave a voicemall on their service and they would call and/or come out if needed on Sunday.  My wife left a message on Sunday stating that the carpet was still wet and that the living roon carpet had two areas that buckeld.   She left a message again on Monday stating that the carpet was still wet two days later.   Neither calls were returned.
The carpet eventually dried in 3-4 days.  Not sure what the issue is/was and why it took so long to dry.  Fortunately the buckled areas shrunk when dried.
Since they never bothered to return our calls or follow up, i would be very skeptical of their warranty repairs and/or service.

I was just informed that they did finally return my wife's call after she left three message over a three day period.  They attempted to offer discounts on future services, but too little too late.  If they had only lived up to their promise about responding on Sunday, they would have gotten an A ratring.

They did an excellent job. I have had other companies out in the past and this company did the best job by far. They steam cleaned the carpets and didn't leave them soaked. They got up most of the stains (even stains past companies couldn't clean) and the one stain they couldn't get up was faded considerably. I recommend them highly.

This is the first time I got the whole house cleaned at once, as I always view it as such a hassle to do the whole house at one time and have always gotten it done in two separate visits. But I have to say that it wasn't as bad as I imagined; they were done from beginning to end in for about 2 hours (maybe 1 to 1.5 hours, didn't really notice the exact time). I got this business's number from 2 sets of neighbors and both were pleased with them, so I tried them. I wasn't sure what to expect using a new company I hadn't seen before though. But, these guys were professionals, came in a professional truck with uniforms, and the 2 guys here were friendly and professional as well. They were on time, courteous and professional, respected my household items, the carpets were as clean as any other service I've used, and the price was better than other companies I've used. They also used their own water, not mine. Will use them again without hesitation.
