Williams Roofing

We had our roof replaced several years ago by Williams Roofing. Found it was leaking 3 years later (5 year warranty)and Shawn did come out and spent about 5 minutes up there saying he repaired a small issue. Found out 2 days later it was not repaired and leaking more than ever. He would not return any text or phone calls. We've had to find a new roofer to fix what wasn't properly done in the first place. We paid this man $12,000 for a new roof that was guaranteed with a warranty.He does not stand behind his work, he does not honor his warranty and in my opinion is a dishonest and unethical business man. Facebook and BBB reviews indicate we are not the only people he has done this to. His is also no longer accredited with the BBB.

Mr Williams met with me and helped me pick the right shingle for my roof. He never tried to convince me to purchAse a more expensive product. He gave me his advice on what he thought would look nice. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job in just a few days. The crew cleaned up, other than the new roof I couldn't even tell they had been there!

Shawn showed up right at scheduled time.  He inspected the roof and advised one shingle needed replaced.  He then quoted me a fair price and promptly fixed the shingle.  Very professional and easy to work with.  Will use in future again if needed.

We had wind damage and needed immediate help.  They were out there the same day, and worked with our insurance company to fix the roof.

I was given his number from his sister in law after the bad storm in June.  I contacted him, he gave me a quote, emailed it over to me immediately and then he had to wait quite a while until my insurance company would approve the repairs.  They finally did and he promptly went to work.  He made it very easy on me.  I really appreciate it Shawn!  If you need references, send them my way!  Thanks!

We were very happy. They came out right away and did it. They were very prompt, and friendly. We wanted a company that was close, and I chose them based off of the reviews that I read about them.

Water was leaking into my roof around a bathroom vent that was improperly installed by another vendor.
I spoke with Shawn Williams who came out and took a look. Note that he arrived exactly when he said he would.
Shawn very quickly assessed the problem, took pictures, and came down to show me the problem and to explain the repair. I know enough about roofing to immediately recognize the primary problem when he showed me the picture (but not enough about it to fix it). It was nice to see a photo of the problem.
He gave me a price, told me when he would fix it, and then he fixed it when he said that he would. Shawn then called back when we had a very hard long rain to verify that the fix was successful. Was not expecting a call back to verify that we were totally happy with the repair.
So, to summarize.... They came when they said, they fixed it right the first time, the price was good, and no mess was left behind. Highly recommended. Thanks Shawn!

Shawn Williams was very punctual, kept his appointments and returned my calls promptly. He is very professional and does an excellant job. His quotes are extremely reasonable. Shawn was a breath of fresh air after having contacted other roofing companies who not only did not keep their appointment, but didn't even call to reschedule. Not Shawn, he is very eager, aims to please. My husband has contractdor experience and is of the old school, he want the job done right, and Shawn filled the bill. My husband was very pleased with Shawn and his crew's work, we have also recommended him to our neighbors, in addition, Shawn is replacing the roof on our son's house.

My roof was leaking in three places. When preparing the estimate for work, Shawn wrote up three different options: 1. fixing current leaks; 2. fixing all potential problems; 3. or a complete tear-off and new roof. He explained things thoroughly, and I chose option 3. He began the job on the scheduled date and was done within the time frame he had set. There were no surprise charges. The work site was left very clean. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
