Description of Work: I got a new asphalt shingles roof at the quoted price. Only. a slight extra charge for lumber. One day job with complete cleanup.It was less than the same job 12 years ago.

Description of Work: Williams Roofing helped us out in an emergency situation quickly and efficiently. He put on an emergency tarp, and worked with our insurance company to put on a new roof.

Description of Work: I chose Shawn Williams based upon his Angie List affiliation and that he is from the Grove City, Ohio area. He was very friendly and went above and beyond: setting up the occasion for us to see a former job he had done for a man in the area. When we received the quote, it was far too high, nor did we like the surface material that was used on the job mentioned before. So, if Shawn wants to re-quote the job, answering the following questions: 1. do you feel that the second floor porch can hold weight-wise, cement pavers that lock into place? (the rubber squares were discolored with time and were not even). 2. If the rubber membrane is used over the sloped insulation, that you spoke of, what temperatures are too cold, prohibiting the sealer/bonding agent, etc. to hold? 3. I like the idea of having removable blocks; if there is a leak, what steps would you take to repair or re-do the roof and floor? 4. If the sloping could be adequate, can a system be put into place that all water flows to the NE corner with a down spout there and not require gutters around the perimeter? 5. Whatever flooring is on top of the second floor we might like to duplicate on the first floor porch. Since there was a sub-structure placed there, maybe it would be more cost effective to go back to the cement floor, with the ability to sweep etc. and not have dirt and moisture be trapped below. If interlocking blocks were used, though maybe these coukld be sealed so moisture and dirt would not go below the blocks?? So, we need a better price; need to know if it is too cold now to do this as we would like to deal with someone close by that Angie's List will stand behind.

Description of Work: Shawn was extremely professional. He was referred to my by a friend and I couldn't be happier. The roof is great-the price was perfect. Shawn was so patient in working with my insurance company and he made my life so much easier while he was working on the roof. I can't thank him enough for such a great roof. I will absolutely refer him to friends!

Description of Work: They did a small repair on our roof.

Description of Work: Water was leaking into my roof around a bathroom vent that was improperly installed by another vendor. Williams roofing did a proper install on all of the vents, which required a few more shingles and some caulking.

Description of Work: Our roof needed replacing, after wind damage caused by hurricane Ike. We also had a solar tube installed in our kitchen.

Description of Work: They tore-off old shingles, replaced with dimensional shingles, installed proper flashing and vents, and installed gutter screens.
