We met with Bob at the office and had a nice conversation with him. Craig came out to inspect the chimney and provide an estimate; he also was the one who completed the work. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous. The work was done as promised in a timely manner with no mess. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

We never received the remote control & chimney cap products that we actually ordered & they responded to us with a condescending attitude. The price was high which we didn't mind being that it was to be a quality product but their service was not very good. They didn't provide what they advertised.

THEY ORDERED THE WRONG THINGS, AND THEY FORGOT TO ORDER THE RIGHT THINGS. I ASKED THEM TO DO IT AGAIN. THEY MADE AN APPOINTMENT, AND CAME WHEN I WAS NOT THERE, AND WHEN I GOT HOME BEFORE 9:00 THEY WERE LEAVING SO I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. THEY PUT THE SCREEN DOOR ON UPSIDE DOWN. WHEN WE WENT TO THE SHOWROOM, I ASKED THEM IF THE DOOR CAME WITH A SCREEN THEY SAID YES, BUT WHEN THEY CAME THEY SAID YOU HAD TO ORDER SEPARATELY. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE INSTALL, HOWEVER I HAD TO CALL THEM MANY TIMES TO GET A DATE ON THEIR SCHEDULE FOR THE INSTALL, (AS THEY WAITED FOR THE UNIT TO COME IN ON ORDER). OVERALL GOOD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, BUT VERY BUSY AND A BIT SLOW IN SCHEDULING.
