He did a great job. He is very accommodating, very respectful. He gave us his full attention. He went above and beyond. He did everything he could to make my wife's watch fit her right. On mine he made a few adjustments and now my watch works perfectly. He was very honest with us. There was no waiting. He works out of his house and got right to work. We were amazed.

Jeff cleaned the hairspring and regulated the automatic watch while i was there. He only charged $5 and was very personable. He determined that the quart watch needed a new movement and provided me with several options. The quote on this repair was also very reasonable. I have had watch repair stores refuse to replace a movement on a lower end quartz watch, so Jeff's service was quite welcome. I intend to use his service again when the time comes.

Amazing. Not only was Jeff able to accommodate me so quickly and at such a unique hour, he finished the job in such a precise and timely fashion that I was stunned. If you have never seen a real craftsman who is passionate about his art, then Jeff is the guy to go to. Just seeing the sheer amount of experience that we spoke about and the vast knowledge he has of timepieces made me know that I made the right choice to come to The Watch Doctor. It couldn't have gone better. I was trying to get the watch fixed before my son's birthday and Jeff got all the work done and actually saved me time and driving by meeting me closer to my work. The entire experience was perfect, I couldn't have asked for more! Total professional!

Jeff was straight forward, knowledgeable, & honest! Finally found a Class AAA watch repair person!

I called Saturday morning to get an appointment. Jeff said he would be around all day and to come by. I showed up after lunch and he stopped what he was doing to repair my watch. He spent 45 minutes first repairing the crown and stem and then cleaned my watch and replaced the battery. The cleaning included the band which is sterling silver in a rope design which can be difficult to repair. When all was said and done he charged $10. I was astounded at this price. Any other service would have charged 100% more and then may not have done as good a job. Jeff is a delightful person and I enjoyed chatting with him and watching him work. He is extremely experienced and I would trust him with the finest of watches.

Anyone who has an issue should see Jeff before going anywhere else! You will Not be disappointed.

I had purchased an old Timex watch "as is" and found that it didn't run reliably. Eventually, it didn't run at all. I made an appointment with the Watch Doctor and once he saw the watch, he let me know that Timex watches from this era are made with a mechanism that can not be taken apart for repairs. However, he said he'd do what he could. Undeterred, he took apart the watch as much as possible, cleaned it thoroughly, and made all the adjustments and improvements possible without being able to access the interior of the mechanism. It began running that day and hasn't stopped since. Because it was impossible to properly repair and there was no guarantee that it would work or last, he didn't charge me a dime.

He was fabulous. I would highly recommend that gentleman.

My Rolex wasn't keeping accurate time and it was also overdue for a cleaning so I called to arrange a consultation. Jeff was very profressional over the phone and was also accomodating in arranging a time that I could meet him to look at my watch (although appts are by phone only I felt he went out of his way to be accomodating - even when I had to call back an change the time.) When I dropped off my watch he immediately looked at my watch and gave me a preliminary diagnosis of the problem (even let me look at the watch myself under the magnifier so I could see the issue). He did a great job of explaining his services and even giving me some info on my watch I didn't even know. My watch was done in record time and at a great price too! I would DEFINITELY use this company again and also highly recommend it to others.

I would never have believed that getting a watch repaired would be so much fun and so educational. In addition to being a master of his craft, Jeff is a very interesting guy and a great story teller. He examined my wife's watch immediately while we observed and thought he could repair it while we waited. It turned out he did not have in stock the exact crystal we needed and had to order a new one. We left the watch with him and one week later it was done. We learned a lot about her watch including how to wind a self-winding watch. We thought his charge was very reasonable, and brought him a second wristwatch to be repaired. Jeff works by appointment in his home. My wife and I highly recommend Jeff for any watch repair you need. You will be a happy customer.

They were honest that it would be a long shot to get the parts needed to fix my watch. They worked for a few weeks trying but ended up not able to locate a critical part.

During a recent vacation in Alaska, our 15 year old son was fascinated by a pocket watch vendor at Anchorage's city market. After several hours of careful examination of many watches, he selected the his watch ,a c. 1900 Omega pocketwatch. The watch seemed perfect in every way except, after a couple weeks, he noticed that the hour hand was slightly misaligned with the minute hand. I found Jeff on Angie's list and, after a brief chat on the phone, we arranged to meet at his home where he does his watch work. While we chatted, Jeff popped the crystal off the watch and adjusted the hands to get the watch back aligned. He carefully pointed out to me how it had become misaligned. You then set the watch onto a meter and monitored how it was keeping time, and made slight adjustment so that it will now keep near perfect time. Not bad for 100-year-old watch. Because the repair was so simple and took so little time, Jeff very graciously made no charge.

I was unable to adjust the time on my Tag Heuer watch. I was dreading having to take it to one of the more popular diamond stores in Columbus for repairs since they are very expensive and they tend to keep the watch for several weeks. Based on Angie?s List reviews I contacted Jeff at Watch Doctor and explained the problem with the watch. He told me he thought he knew what the issue was and I dropped the watch off to him later that afternoon. Jeff called me the next morning to inform me the watch was fixed ready to pick up. It works as good as new. I have already given him a second watch to start working on for me. I highly recommend Jeff and Watch Doctor.

Jeff is very easy to do business with. He called me back, I sent him the watch and he got back within forty-eight hours with a quote and estimated completion time, which he bettered. He mailed me the watch when the repair was completed. I had never done business with him before and found him on Angie's List. Everything was easy.

Jeff's expertise and the stories of his family generations in the watch industry was fascinating. He allowed me to stick around in his basement while he did the repairs. What a true gentlemen and craftsman!!
