We went down to Stringtown Animal Hospital because they were local.

As usual, my last visit to the office was a smooth one.  I was in need of a prescription food refill, so I had called ahead to make sure the item was instock for me to pick up later in the afternoon.  Upon arrival, everything was ready for me and even after a quick update on how everyone was doing, I was on my way within a couple minutes. 
To give some additional feedback, we have been seeing Dr. Carter and his staff for about 3 years (since we moved into the Grove City area), and feel extremely fortunate to have found such a friendly, caring, and capable team.  Between our 3 felines, we have had many visits and phone consultations with his team, from regular check-ups and teeth cleaning, to emergency care.  Our little fella, Franklin, seems to be more emergency-prone than his sisters, and as with all emergencies, they have to occur after hours, over the weekend, or around holidays.  For each of them Dr. Carter has either stayed late to see us, walked us through over the phone, or called ahead to MedVet, so that we were taken care of.  And the follow-up care after the emergency was outstanding every time!  Dr. Carter is a straight-shooter, with a calm disposition. He is extremely thorough during visits, easy to talk to, and always willing to answer another question.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care.  To say Dr. Carter and his staff are amazing, is an understatement...best team around!!! 

The experience with them was good.

I really liked them. They were very good, very friendly and very thorough. They knew what something was that I had my dog to another vet for and I was just very impressed and satisfied. They have a very good staff. With regard to price, it seemed high, but I think my last veterinarian seemed high; I just don't have any reference. The quality was great. I would definitely go back.

I spent a lot there. We have used them several times. My visit with them was excellent. The doctor there took the time to explain everything and I could ask her questions. I had been to them when my dog died and she called me back and followed up. She was excellent. I did not have to wait longer when I was there. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The staff greeted us as we entered the clinic. There was a small wait time in the lobby. A staff member called our dog by his name, Griffin, and then took us to an exam room and asked questions about his health, behavior, and if he was having any particular problems. The Doctor came in and performed a physical exam and made recommendations, and then gave Griffin the shots of Vaccine that he needed. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, answered a couple questions we had about diet, and took excellent care of Griffin. We were so pleased with the experience, and happy about the reasonable cost, that we have told all our friend with pets about the Hospital. We got the impression that they love animals, know what to do to improve and maintain their health, and actually like what they do. Everyone was smiling and helpful.
