Terrible! After the company sat on my deposit for 5 years of $954, I got a check for $84. They pro-rated floor and carpet of over $700 for normal wear and tear. Also, 10 days before moving out, I requested the doorframe be removed to move out my washer/dryer and they would not remove the door frame into utility room so I could get the washer/dryer out. They took possession of my washer/dryer of 1,200 milking a total of over $2,000. They refuse to reply to email or phone calls. Be sure you get a copy of your renewal letter each year because they have not provided one to me since 2016.

I am a handicapped and they are not willing to put a grab bar in the bathroom because they don’t want any holes in the wall. It is not very handicapped accessible. They have one or two bedroom apartments
