Not this specific office but I did hire HER to manage a rental property. The experience was HORRIBLE!!! Over six months I paid management fees without so much as a single showing of my property. Phone calls and emails went unanswered and it wasn't until I reported them to the BBB that I got anything at all from them. I demanded and eventually got a full refund from HER but not until my complaint with the BBB expired due to no response to it from HER.
