Elmer came out almost immediately to do an estimate. Made appointment and they arrived exactly on time (a few minutes earlier). The crew did an exceptional job and, you could see, they knew exactly what they were doing and got it done neatly. We cannot emphasize how happy we were with them. We are hiring them again for more tree projects right away. :-)
