COMPANY DECLARED THEY WERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, BUT TONY SAID HE WOULD STILL DO THE WORK FOR ME. NOW HE SAYS HE CAN'T FINANCIALLY DO IT. MEMBER WILL CONTACT ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

STARTED LATER THAN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BUT THAT IS A MINOR DETAIL WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE OVERALL PICTURE. THEY ARE VERY BUSY. DID A GOOD JOB THOUGH. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR ALL OF THEIR OTHER APPOINTMENTS THOUGH. JUST BUSY SEASON FOR THEM.

NEEDED THEM TO INSTALL STAIRS FOR THEM ON THEIR PORCH. WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT- MISSED APPT. MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL THEM, NEVER DID AND STILL HAS NO STEPS.
