Very anxiety producing and frustrating. I explained that I did not know how to re-install items. He told me if problems I should call in AM. I did...still in tears and very anxious. He was to return call. He did late that afternoon and said he was out of town and could come in a couple of days. I did not let him come back..don't really think he knew how to work on a PDA and should have said so up front. I had someone else come and diagnose the PDA problem within 10 minutes. That it was PDA hardware and had nothing to do with my computer at all. They also had to fix and re-install windows and some of my programs to get me back up and running.
