Went extremely well. They are quick and efficient. I had to leave to get paint for the painters and left a partial payment of $40 as they were getting started. Being that this was my first time with them, and having some bad experiences with cleaning companies before, I was hoping they wouldnt take the money and run. But they were there working when I got back an hour later. The progress was going very well. They told me how much longer they could stay for the amount I could afford ($100). I paid them the other $60 and asked them to please lock the door when leaving because I couldnt stay. I stopped by later that evening and they had cleaned the whole condo and the door was locked as requested. Excellent job and thank you so much!!!

Not well. My granddaughter had an overnight and the popcorn was still under the sofa pillows. Poor quality and not the hours of cleaning promised. I came home early to check progress, she was already gone.

Made the appointment for Melissa to clean for us, and she arrived as promised. She brings her own cleaning supplies, and equipment.

She has now cleaned for us on two occasions, and we plan to have her monthly for the foreseeable future. Melissa is a pleasant but no nonsense worker who leaves our home looking, feeling, and smelling clean! We are more than pleased with her!

Melissa has been cleaning my house biweekly since June 2011. She is very dependable and does thorough work. I love that she is a non-smoker, kid and dog friendly. I feel very comfortable leaving Melissa in my house by herself. Recently, a local news station did an undercover segment on honest people/companies. The news station had left jewelry and money out to see if anyone would be tempted to steal it. Melissa did not know she was on camera and passed the test. She is an extremely honest person! I am really glad we found Melissa. Having her clean, allows me to use the time I would spend cleaning with my toddler. For that, she is invaluable!

The experience was great. Melissa arrived with supplies and got right to work. A very important plus for me is that she is a non-smoker. And another plus for me is that English is her first language. I have tried services before where the manager speaks English but then once the person gets to my home it is extremely difficult to communicate anything and it leads to work being done differently then I would like. I asked Melissa to deep clean 2 1/2 baths, to vacuum upstairs (4 bedrooms), to dust, and to sweep/mop my laminate wood floor downstairs. She worked dilligently and did a great/thorough job. She did only what I asked her to do which is important to me. She did not spend time making flowers in my tissue boxes, or rearranging stuffed animals on my children's' beds, or other things that I find unnecessary. My two young children were in my home and I was extremely comfortable with having her there. My husband was very pleased at the quality of the work as well. I would highly recommend giving Melissa a call.
